Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member," "User," or "Player") and won99a ("we," "us," "our," or "the Platform"). All capitalised terms are defined in Section 1 below. Your continued use of any won99a service following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. 2.1 Age Requirement. Access to and use of the won99a Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older. By registering an Account, you unconditionally represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. won99a reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.
2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. It is the sole responsibility of each prospective Member to ensure that their use of the Platform is lawful under the laws of the jurisdiction in which they are located or from which they access the Platform. won99a does not make any representation that the Platform is appropriate or lawful for use in all jurisdictions.
2.3 Single Account Policy. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the won99a Platform. The operation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, or through the use of third-party identities — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in the permanent closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
2.4 Own Account Usage. Members must use their Account solely for their own personal gaming activity. Permitting any third party to access, use, or operate your Account, or using any Account on behalf of another person, is strictly prohibited.
3.1 Accurate Information. Members must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during and following the registration process. This includes, without limitation, full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification, date of birth, nationality, and current contact information. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information constitutes a breach of this Agreement.
3.2 KYC Verification. won99a requires all Members to complete KYC verification before the first withdrawal is processed. KYC documentation typically includes a copy of the Member's MyKad (National Registration Identity Card) or equivalent government-issued photo identification. won99a may at its discretion request additional documentation, including proof of address or proof of payment method, at any time.
3.3 Account Security. Members are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account login credentials, including username and password. Members must notify won99a immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of their Account. won99a will not be liable for any loss resulting from a Member's failure to maintain adequate account security.
3.4 Account Credentials. Members must not share their Account credentials with any third party. won99a support personnel will never request your password. Any communication purportedly from won99a requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
4.1 Supported Payment Methods. won99a accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, FPX online banking (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Berhad, and other participating Malaysian financial institutions), and selected cryptocurrency methods including USDT (TRC20 and ERC20 networks). Supported payment methods are subject to change at won99a's discretion and may vary by Member location and account tier.
4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. The minimum deposit is RM 30. Minimum withdrawal amounts and transaction limits are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform and are subject to change. Transaction limits may be adjusted for individual Members based on account verification status and risk profile.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests submitted by KYC-verified Members are processed within the following indicative timeframes: Touch 'n Go eWallet and Boost — 5 to 30 minutes; FPX bank transfers — within 1 business day; cryptocurrency — 15 to 60 minutes. These timeframes are estimates and may be extended in exceptional circumstances including, but not limited to, verification holds, suspicious activity reviews, or technical issues with payment processors.
4.4 Own Funds Only. Members may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in their own name and that they are authorised to use. Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, or using payment methods belonging to third parties, is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.
4.5 Currency. All transactions on the won99a Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Where cryptocurrency deposits are accepted, conversion to MYR is applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit as displayed in the cashier.
No Deposit or Withdrawal Fees: won99a does not charge Members any fees on deposits or standard withdrawals. Members may be subject to fees imposed by their own payment service providers, for which won99a bears no responsibility.
5.1 Promotional Terms. All bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by won99a are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time the promotion is made available. In the event of any conflict between specific promotional terms and these General Terms & Conditions, the specific promotional terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money balances. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, time limits, and maximum bet size restrictions are set out in the relevant promotional terms. Failure to comply with wagering requirement conditions may result in forfeiture of Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.
5.3 One Bonus Per Household / Device. Promotional offers are intended for one per household, per IP address, and per device. won99a reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or reclaim bonus credits where it determines that a Member or group of Members is abusing promotional offers through multi-accounting, systematic wagering strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or any other form of bonus abuse.
5.4 Right to Withdraw Promotions. won99a reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to the condition that any promotion already accepted by a Member and partially completed will be honoured in accordance with its terms at the time of acceptance.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the won99a Platform is governed by the specific rules of that game as published within the game interface or in supporting documentation. By participating in any game, Members confirm that they have read and understood the applicable rules. In the event of any discrepancy between on-screen game rules and these General Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail.
6.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical error, malfunction, or communication failure that results in a game outcome being registered incorrectly, won99a reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to the Member's Wallet. won99a is not liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond won99a's reasonable control.
6.3 Integrity of Results. won99a's random number generation systems and live dealer studio operations are independently audited and certified by recognised international testing laboratories. Members acknowledge that all game results generated through certified RNG systems or through live dealer protocols constitute final and binding outcomes.
6.4 Sportsbook Settlements. Sportsbook bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant sporting body or governing authority. In cases of event cancellation, suspension, or result reversal, won99a's Sportsbook rules — available on the Platform — shall govern the settlement treatment of affected bets.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the won99a Platform. Any Member found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their Account suspended or permanently closed, their Wallet balance forfeited, and the matter referred to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

8.2 Self-Exclusion. 9.1 Ownership. Nothing in these Terms grants Members any right, title, or interest in any won99a intellectual property.
9.2 Permitted Use. Members may access and use Platform content solely for their own personal, non-commercial gaming activity. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or other exploitation of Platform content without won99a's prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
10.1 Platform Availability. won99a endeavours to maintain Platform availability on a continuous basis but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, third-party network failures, and force majeure events may result in temporary Platform unavailability. won99a shall not be liable for any losses arising from periods of Platform unavailability.
10.2 Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Laws, won99a shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising from a Member's use of or inability to use the Platform, even if won99a has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10.3 Cap on Liability. Where liability cannot be fully excluded under Applicable Laws, won99a's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the ninety (90) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.1 Suspension by won99a. won99a reserves the right to suspend or temporarily restrict any Account at any time and without prior notice where it reasonably suspects: breach of any term of this Agreement; fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity; failure to complete required KYC verification; or any other circumstances that won99a determines pose a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other Members.
11.2 Permanent Closure. Following investigation of any suspended Account, won99a may permanently close the Account and, where a material breach is established, may forfeit the Wallet balance. Where no breach is established, any Wallet balance will be returned to the Member's verified payment method.
11.3 Voluntary Closure. Members may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting won99a's customer support team. Prior to closure, all pending wagers will be settled and any remaining Wallet balance will be returned to the Member's verified payment method, subject to applicable verification requirements.
won99a reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via Platform notifications or email to the registered address. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement. Members should contact won99a's support team in the first instance. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body selected by won99a.
13.3 Regulatory Complaints. Members who are dissatisfied with the outcome of won99a's internal dispute resolution process may escalate their complaint to the relevant regulatory authority under whose jurisdiction won99a holds its gaming licence.
